I like that this is made of sturdy metal. Setup is fast and pretty straight forward. Whatever tools you need to set it up is included in the package. My only complaint, and it's a big one hence, the measly two stars, is that it is way too small. I ordered a queen size, and I think they have it sized to be the same size as the mattress instead of the bed frame. You then end up with slats that are way too short on all four sides of the bed. My mattress is even wider and longer than this. I feel like the queen size they sent us is better suited for a full bed frame. I have included a picture to show this, but I have looked at the other low star reviews, and they have had the exact same complaints.
