I purchased this in March and other than it jumping around on the counter while blending, I was fairly happy with it. Until today. I was making a shake with ice cubes that were not too large, when all of a sudden there was chocolate shake all over the place - all over the counter, all over the blender and all over my clothes. There was suddenly a large hole in the blender and pieces of plastic on the counter. I have never had this happen in all my years of using a blender to make shakes. Luckily Amazon is letting me return it (thank you, Amazon). I will never buy another Black+Decker again.
