I have been buying the Petmate jumbo litter pans for YEARS. I have 4 old enclosed litterboxes that petmate used to sell. The pans on them were this exact pan,(before they redesigned it,) when it was flat sided, and when the top edges were not curved so much. Evidently the design has changed, and not in a good way. Why change something that is a perfect pan??? I normally replace the bottoms of the literboxes every year, but now they changed the design, they are useless to me. IT says it is the same size but it will no longer fit under the petmate litter box tops I still have. Shame on PETCO for changing the design of a perfecty wonderful cat box that used to be easy to clean. Why wont any company make a plain rectangular litter box with regular corners, and regular flat sides??? Evidently the designers do not clean cat boxes , EVER. These pans are now a nightmare with the curves molded into the sides and the weird large lip on the long sides. Does anyone know where to get a jumbo box with straight sides, and regular edges? . if so please post.
