I thought I was getting a bargain with these bags. Affordable, see through and compact. I opened them up and followed the instructions and before I even put anything in it, it tore. I had carefully removed the velcro, just as they recommend. But it still tore away. I did use the bigger bag to carry a camera but am paranoid it will tear off while in the kayak and then I will have an unprotected camera. So, I guess buying the the more expensive bag will be the best bet. Not worth sending these back, as they are cheaper than the postage. I will use them for a clothes or something that won't get ruined, but not for cameras or binoculars, which is what I needed them for.
