Received this item, opened the package, inserted the print tape cassette and fresh batteries and printed 3 labels. On label #4, when I clicked 'Print' the machine turned off. Consulted the Troubleshooting Section of the instruction manual and this exact problem is listed, along with the recommendations to replace with fresh batteries and re-seat the printing cassette. I did both of these again and still the machine would shut down when printing. After 20 minutes of ownership of this device, I repackaged it and returned it to Amazon. Total time from delivery of product to return at the UPS Store: 40 minutes.
