THESE ARE 17 X 17.
The color (Light Green) was perfect and the feel was luscious and I was excited to get these very fast. Trouble is, the ones I got were NOT 18 x 18.
They were 16 and 3/4. Believe me, there was no way my 18 inch pillow was going in without tearing the zipper. I wish they would have had the 20 x 20 option. So I returned them and bought others.
