My wife ordered me this jump box on OCTOBER 10th for a Christmas present per my recommendation because a friend of mine has the same jump box and his works good. I got it Christmas morning and charged it up and it’s been sitting on the shelf of my garage waiting for the first dead battery to jump. Now it’s January 14th and it was in the 20s last night I went out and one of my vehicles was dead “slow crank but not enough to start” figured I’d get to try the jump box and nope barley did anything to boost the car. I went and made sure the battery terminals were completely clean and the switch was on but doesn’t have enough. Before jumping the pack said 12.2 and now after 2 tries 11.8 so I chaged it up till it said full charge and still the same, comes off the charger at 12.2 and drops rapidly before I can connect it. Worst part is amazon says I can’t return it because it’s been more than a month.
