Whatever the chemicals involved with its paint might be, and how harmful they could be to one's health, the paint left a permanent stain on my $50.000 BMW car seat after I used the cushion seat for 4 days. I took the car to the dealer. The dealer tried industrial-grade chemicals to take the stain off - but no avail. The BMW official service center supervisor apologized to me and said that the paint penetrated the car seat's surface so bad that there is nothing they could do further. My goodness - what horrible harmful chemical substances are being used during the manufacturing process of this cushion seat in China? The damage to my car seat is visible, however, the health damages may be unseen. Stay away from this product and do not repeat my mistake. I totally regret buying this product.
