The earrings look nice, but once locked on ear, it took over an hour, pain, blood, and my husband to get off. There was no way to open, and it’s too small to get a good grip to even really yank. Ended up with sore ear and almost a torn lobe. I contacted them and told them latch was defective, and they said they’d replace. That was about three weeks ago. No replacement, no apology.
