These would work well for general light in a closet, not as grow lamps for a plant. The description states the unit draws 20 Watts, 10W per bar. The USB power supply provided with the unit is rated for 5V and 2A, which is only 10W theoretical max. When i measured the draw from the lights (At 100% brightness) they were drawing 1.25A. So 6.25W from a set of lights which claim to be 20W. Do not buy if you want to grow plants. UPDATE: Yet another reason to avoid this seller. I am now receiving daily emails offering me money to remove this review.
