I bought this as a quick change bit holder for a (non-impact) drill/driver. I already had a quick change holder, but wanted a second for a portable toolbag. Unlike some others, I have no problem with the mechanism to grab or release the bit. But I have a huge problem with the fact that the bits are not held straight. Using the same drill bit, I took a picture with the driver running at high speed. The bit in the Bosch (gray) holder exhibits tremendous wobble, indicating the bit is not held firmly along the rotation axis, even though the image of the holder is in good focus. Meanwhile, the non-Bosch (yellow) holder exhibits little wobble, barely widening the image of the 1/16" drill. Thinking I might have gotten a defective one, I had Amazon send another. Same problem, which I think has to reflect poor design. Maybe if you are using this with a coarse bit with an impact driver, this wouldn't matter. But it does for my application.
