I bought this product expecting to receive a beautiful night stand. Instead I received a table with damaged wood, discoloration on pieces, a drawer that does not sit flush and screws/locks/dowels that were unusable. I had put it together hoping the damage would not be visible, but the damage was clearly visible. Amazon asked me to send the table back meaning that I would have to disassemble it and then reassemble the new one when it came. When I told them this they offered me $20 and asked me to keep the able. I mentioned the broken screws, locks and dowels at which point I was told that they would give me $30 "FINAL OFFER". I told them I just wanted new parts to fix the table and they said that they could not provide that. I am sorely disappointed at how poor customer service was. For as great as Amazon is to purchase things it is equally as terrible at customer service when they are in the wrong.
