This unit was purchased in March of 2015. By November of 2016 the dough blade had drilled a hole through the lid and fused itself to the unit. Breville replaced the unit, but due to a backlog of orders, I didn't receive the processor until December 2016. In the meantime I purchased a Cuisinart processor and continued to use that until this spring. I just recently unboxed the replacement Breville processor and have only been using it for about the last four months. Two days ago while making pizza dough, the dough blade drilled a hole through the lid of the food processor and fused the lid to the blade and the body of the processor. I've requested a full refund. This product has some very serious design flaws. It is certainly not worth the high price Breville is charging. This product should be completely redesigned before it ruins Breville's good name! I'm very disappointed by this product and will not be purchasing from Breville again.
