i purchased these and originally only took out one boot. I fluffed it out like one review said, some of the long hair had gotten glued down with the sole, but i pulled that up.if thats all it takes to make them look nice not a problem.. Not until i decided i was going to wear there did i see the real problem. so i pulled out the 2nd boot and could see immediately there were problems. the hair on top is longer than the hair in the middle of the boot . the whole boot is patchy.. i tried and tried to fluff them out but the more i tried the more they looked soo different. .. there were white tags like the ones you see when something is defective, stuck in and on the hair.. their was a weird piece of material stuck on the hair as well .. there is glue on the actual boot (yes glue and drop of glue on the back heal on the fur, cant cut that out), along with long hair being glued down to the sole. i had seen a review that said their was an issue with the boots.Really you send out one good boot and one defective.how does that happen.original prices are going for 200. its hard to tell from pics but they look totally different from each other in person.i want a matching pair of boots.. sad part is now i have to open the white par i got to give as a present to see if they are jacked up too.. i really wanted these boots.. i tried to see if i could contact seller to see if they could exchange for a good pair, but the only option i have its to return them.. so mad right now.. the left boot is the problem child in the the picture
