Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I just received my order of 20pcs for a group camping trip. They arrived in one box with deflated bubble wrap, NOT individually wrapped. Nearly every piece has a chip, defect and exposed metal. It's hard to say if the lack of correct packaging or manufacturing flaws are the cause. Perhaps, QC wanted to unload some bad product. Anyway, my group now needs to drink coffee straight from the pot!
