Edit: this company has sent me multiple emails trying to pay me to remove my negative review. Now I know why I didn’t see more before I bought this product. Never buying from this company again. Does not work. When connecting the battery it is on all the time, the on switch does not work, the lights are on all the time but no noise. The packaging and instructions have different messages, with the included paperwork having only info for deterring aggressive dogs and no mention of training. It is very lightweight and cheap feeling and the instructions are a poor translation to English. I am returning and looking for a different brand.
