Buyer Beware! Awful! Snapped while driving and all of our bikes destroyed.
We used this exactly as described. In fact, had much less weight on it then suggested. It snapped and broke for no reason. No bumps on the road. It was not overloaded. It's a 5 bike apparatus. We had 4 on there, two of which were child bikes. This is very poor quality. The worst part, we have reached out to the company repeatedly and are receiving no response.
