Hamilton Beach will not honor their warranty, will not answer the phone, and will not call me back. I purchased the unit on November 16, 2015, from Amazon. It worked good until it failed. I couldn't find my original review, so I'm writing this one (I assume I wrote a positive review initially). The unit is advertised to have a 5-year warranty. It's frustrating because I left my phone number on the Hamiliton Beach support line and they will not call me back after two days of waiting. I waited on hold for more than 45 minutes for someone to answer and they never picked up even though the automated system initially said I would only have an estimated 4 minute wait time. Why do they advertise a 5- year warranty?
