The Seller in this case was great! It arrived in a timely manner, but I had to send back. He, quickly, answered any questions, and refunded my money. As for this product...even though it came new in its box...it did not work as seen on tv (so what's new!). The spray force and pattern was not like shown, it was very minimal. Took longer than a roller and brush plus the hose blew out, under pressure, and would not attach back, so basically it broke. Wouldn't ask anyone to buy this item. But once again, your purchase on Amazon is safe and returns are quick and easy. Thanks seller and thanks Amazon
