I really like this for the colors. As far as I can tell, both of them we bought are fairly accurate. HOWEVER, these drain batteries terribly. We replaced the original batteries with two different versions of batteries and neither worked with these. It seems like you have to have a specific version of batteries to run these and that's incredibly annoying. UPDATE: even alkaline batteries don't work. Now we have two of these dead and can't even do the daily blood pressure checks. Honestly, I would have returned these if I knew that. But, alas, it's too late to return them.
