Just realized after looking at the label (after already opening it) that they changed to cheap poorly bioavailable magnesium carbonate! I have been buying this product for years and specifically chose it because it was magnesium citrate which is the most bioavailable and always had good results. THIS JUNK IS GOING IN THE TRASH AND I WILL NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN!!!
