What a disappointment! I loved the idea of this product as I like my facial products cold. I had my creams and masks in my fridge and moved them to the mini fridge after three days of having it connected. When I checked on them a couple of days later they were almost at room temperature. Not cold at all! What a disappointment! I contacted seller and they answered my email very fast asking me to check that everything was well connected. It was. Sadly, because regulations, Amazon won’t accept returns of this item.
