I bought this and couldn't find a switch. Called customer service who insisted there is a switch on the bottom (there is not) Tried multiple batteries...nothing...tried reversing said batteries...nothing...called Customer Service: Check out You-Tube. I did...can't find the model...useless! Piece of CRAP and NO SUPPORT. I'm neither blind nor stupid...there IS NO SWITCH!
