My radio acutually did not work properly when it arrived - the unit would power on, but there was no current going to the speakers. I tested them all. The reason I am giving this product a 5-star review, is that I can tell it is a very nice item (for the money) when it works properly. However the main reason is the amazing customer service when I contacted the seller on Facebook messenger. After trying to help troubleshoot the issue, they offered me a replacement unit for free. I will be updating this review once the new unit arrives. The person on the other end was extrememly nice, and bent over backwards to help me resolve the issue. edit - well, two years later and both head units had the digitizer go out. They are both completely unresponsive and now I'm shopping for a replacement. You get what you pay for I guess...
