Ordered these because of all the great reviews it had here on Amazon. I am on my feet pretty much the entirety of my 8 hour shift at work, and while I love skechers memory foam shoes for men, the style of the shoes fashion-wise, are just not to my liking. Will only wear those for walking.jogging. I wear converse mids, vans, etc to work which are all padded everywhere EXCEPT where it's important - the insole. After about an hour or two at work, my feet are very sore so I was hoping this product could improve the comfort of my shoes and feet. I did a demo, walking around with these as replacement insoles in my shoes, around the house before trimming and I'm glad I did because these are getting exchanged IMMEDIATELY. I need support mainly in the ball of my foot and the heel as well. I was severely disappointed upon opening this package because the insole is VERY thin/flat around the ball of your foot and not lined with gel like the heel is. Walking around in these insoles, there was little to no support for the ball of my foot... The heel was moderately comfortable, but not comfortable enough for me to warrant buying another pair for my other shoes, let alone buying another pair of these at all. I could barely feel much of a difference. These make my skechers memory foam look like CLOUDS on the highest scale, while these are like on the low end of a moderately different type.... I'd say on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being my feet hurt badly when I walk in sneakers, and 10 being my feet feel amazing.... I am usually at a 1 after wearing my converse all day (which are not the regular canvas converse, they are padded as shown in photo) at work. With these insoles, I am at a 3.5, they really don't provide much comfort at all. With my memory foam skechers I am at a 9 after walking all day, so like I said, I wanted to replicate that level of comfort with shoes I actually like, appearance wise. I have never been a fan of skechers, and even with the memory foam now, I'm still not a big fan. Will only use those shoes to work out. I expected better quality as Dr. Scholl's is a big name brand in these situations. Going to return immediately and find a better pair of insoles. See photos to see how thin these "gel insoles" are. In photos, the only gel area is the heel, the ball of your foot is not supported at all... UPDATE: 8-8-2016 I bought these inserts instead: Sof Sole Men's Athlete Cushion Insole Shoe, Size 7-8.5 (Pack of 2 = 4 Insoles) Comes with 2 per pack, and they are MUCH more comfortable than these as they provide comfort for the heel AND ball of your foot. With the exception of these adding a little too much lift in certain shoes, I will be buying these again instead of Dr. Scholl's.
