Have used this product for four months. The shut off switch has now failed, making it dangerous to use unattended. It is painfully difficult to contact the manufacturer or gain assistance from Amazon after the normal 30 day returns window. However I bought it with the assurance of its 2 year warranty. So. Disappointing. And at the time of writing this, still trying to discover how to get it replaced or refunded. It seemed a good product and had good reviews, but please be warned by this experience!
