Don't bother - very troublesome and company wouldn't respond to a question I had. If you want to spend your time babysitting this thing to prevent it from being stuck on the stairs, by all means buy it. If you want a pool cleaner that doesn't filter fine debris, by all means get it. If you DO want a filter that does remove fine debris and works without babysitting - FIND SOMEHTHING ELSE (except an Aquabot product)! I couldn't even get Zodiac/Polaris to respond to a question I had about the back pressure this places on the pool line - it adds 10PSI. Take that into consideration - we now have to fix our line because of this back pressure. A very poor pool vacuum which when it reverses, sails through the water aimlessly and awkwardly landing in another spot only to find its way back to my stairs and go over the same spot 15,000 times or so. I've adjust the thruster jets and everything the manual says to do. The manual is terrible - the Internet is the best place to find out how to adjust these things. How this pool cleaner gets rave reviews is beyond me. I would imagine they are planted reviews. Even the skimpy pool hose for this filter is a nightmare to try to screw together and forget about it not leaking as it surely will which then reduces suction. What a complete disappointment this was to me, and I've used pool cleaners for years. This was my first Polaris purchase and my LAST because they never responded to my question, and even when trying to ask them something, I get steered to some alternate sight that wants to charge for the answer. Crappy product to say the very least!! I returned it after using it four times. Never again!
