This printer is absolute garbage. Right out of the box a disaster. The ink tanks do not run smoothly on the tracks and it's put together so poorly that I could not get it to print one page. The pages would jam. On the third try, the page was so jammed that I could not get the paper out. I literally would have to take it apart to be able to retrieve the jammed page. If this printer I got is representative of their new model, it's pure junk. It sounds like a freight train when it prints (see video). I did put in for a replacement just because I'm invested now to see if they are all junk or if mine was defective but my expectations are not high. Guess we will see. Oh...and there is no printed manual. Not even a quick start card. It refers you to a woefully inadequate website to help you set it up. You better have some experience in connecting to your wifi manually (as I do)... otherwise, look elsewhere as this is not user friendly at all. No directions on how to even install the ink. Seriously....you are on your own. I had to go online and look at videos of older models to make sure I was doing it right as the thing that holds the ink in are fragile appearing pieces of plastic and you don't want to mess that up.
