Item HAS NOT WORKED since it arrived and I can not for the life of me get their warranty support to contract me back to get it fixed. Been trying for over 4 months. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Have left voicemails, spoken messages with their tech staff (who always claim someone will contact me back, but they don't), emails, etc... Nothing. All I want is a working replacement unit, as this one is supposed to have a one year warranty and was dead on arrival.
