Who proofread this?
The first paragraph of the introduction was so poorly written with grammatical errors and typos that I immediately questioned the integrity of the entire book. Well, I am not alone. I don't know if Amazon will take this seriously, but I am returning it and buying a "sponsored/approved by IP cookbook. Amazon's quality control is slipping recently and that concerns me.
