Below is my original review. I've had to change it to 1 star because the product is 5 6 months expired and can't be returned. That's criminal. How can you sell something that is expired and aren't allowed to return it. It's very convenient to have it for cooking. I just add it to the dry ingredients and mix it together well before adding the wet ingredients. I don't have to worry about having it in the fridge. Great product on hand. One note, mine had no seal and there was product all inside the shipping box and the label was coming off. I don't put this on the product, it's on Amazon's workers who boxed it so my review doesn't take that into account.
