I bought it on January 29. It managed to seal fewer than 10 bags before failing. It creates good vacuum, then pauses. Next, it clicks, visibly and audibly releases the vacuum, and about one second later, lightly seals the air filled bag. I can easily tear open the seal. I contacted the manufacturer and got an e-mail from a 3rd party saying I would be contacted in 3 days. That was 2 weeks ago. Product sucks, service is nonexistent. Find a different brand.
