I bought this for my son's birthday and I wrapped it up so he could open it as soon as it arrived. He'd been asking for a keyboard for a while now and was really excited to open his gift. When I plugged the keyboard in, nothing happened. I went to unplug it and the wires literally fell out of the plug. I don't know what kind of Quality control you all have but, this is ridiculous. I'm just glad that no one was hurt. I have to imagine that a keyboard at this price is going to be purchased by parents who don't want to spend a lot to let their kids "try out" a new musical instrument (I know that's why I chose this one). Having loose wires at the plug is unacceptable and, if this is common from this brand, Amazon should really consider whether or not to put their customers at risk. I hate that there isn't an option to give a product no stars. I'll absolutely be returning this and looking at other companies.
