Terrible design. I don't give one star reviews but will make an exception in this case. This is one of those products that looks great but disappoints when used. When the pitcher is full it is hard to lift by the handle. Ergonomically it doesn't work. The handle needs to be longer, it is very awkward to work with. The lid is a disaster. It seals by screwing the center part the correct way. If you screw it the wrong way the center will fall into the pitcher. The direction to screw is not intuitive, go the other way. The lip works when pouring if you are very careful. My wife is going to throw it away after less than a week.
