Ok, I've gone from giving this product two stars, to one. It is less then six months old, it did a bad job from the start, and now the charge unit is either not working, or the metal clips on the bottom of the vacuum are broken. But, the end result is that it won't charge! And, I am tired of messing with it, trying to find it's sweet spot, if there is indeed there a sweet spot left. So, I am out $400. And, what ever happened to year long warranties and products that worked past warranty? In fact, my mother's vacuum lasted 30 years. I bought this less then 6 months ago, and now that it won't work, I find out the warranty is only one month long. I must be old, because I remember when $400 was a lot of money. In fact, I still think its a lot of money. Thank you.
