SweetLeaf appears to have quality control issues with this product. I've purchased it many times but the last box I received was strangely not sweet, as several other reviewers have also experienced. It's very odd, like a malfunction at their processing facility forgot to include the stevia and there is only inulin fiber in the packets. Another issue I've experienced with this product, that some others have also pointed out, is that sometimes it will be "clumpy" as if it has been exposed to moisture. This is not a problem created by poor storage after arrival, the product arrives in the "clumpy" state. Based on SweetLeaf's inability to better QC this product, I've chosen to move on to other manufacturers.
