I have not noticed any of the things their advertising highlights; my teeth are minimally lighter and it is difficult to get all the black out between your teeth and from your tongue. Doesn't make your teeth feel like you just had them cleaned. I need to brush with regular toothpaste after the ash. Definitely not impressed
