Wish I would have listened to the reviews about not working!!!! Do not buy!!! It works like everything else does , until the point you can’t return. The pad worked good for a little over a month, until just after Amazon’s return period. Then it started working sporadically either heating or not heating at all. We checked every plug connection. Unplugged and plugged back in hoping to “ reboot” the controls. Yes you have to do that if you get an error message. Last night less than 4 months after purchase it quite working completely. I am very disappointed in this purchase considering how much I paid for the heated mattress pad. Read the reviews!!! The low rating reviews are correct. My guess is the higher rated reviews got rated before they had problems and never updated. DO NOT BUY!!!!
