I was over the moon when I received this bag in the mail. Everything was in good condition, and I immediately put it to use. However, not even two weeks later and the right shoulder strap is ripping out of the seams. I barely had anything in the bag, just a laptop, some pens/markers, a folder, and a charger for my laptop. Unless you want to waste your money or you're only carrying something as light as a feather, don't purchase. It really is a shame because I love the look of the bag and it's made out of quality material...just obviously not put together well.
