Avoid this product that was obviously designed by the Spanish Inquisition board of directors. I expected support, not a neck ache. And I figured out why this pillow is terrible. It got caught in the door latch (Obvs not the pillows fault) and it ripped a hole. Wanna know what came out? Little balls of styrofoam. "Microbeads" of polystyrene, like the kind in bean bag chairs. Guess what happened to the little dog who came out to greet us? COVERED in static-filled styrofoam pieces, up its noise, in its eyes, all over it. It's a miracle we were able to handle it without taking her to the emergency vet. And, of course, it got all over us, the inside of the car, and our broken souls. Sailors across the sea blushed with the words coming out of my mouth. I don't even know what to say. This is deceptive marketing at its best. Obama outlawed "microbeads" in products like body wash, to be phased out by 2020. Different microbeads. I didn't expect those to be used in this pillow, but to find styrofoam...I literally saw black spots. That clearly explains why it wouldn't hold up my heavy head - is it heavier than average? I don't know...my hat size is small - and was so lightweight. Even typing this out is causing me some blood pressure issues. I'm still finding those danged white balls of death all over the house, and it didn't even happen here! My therapist says to let it go but that's hard to do when you pull a sock out of your drawer and find out there are fifteen of those fast food cup seeds hidden in the toe. Do yourself a favor and go buy a friendly ferret who likes to cuddle and use that little furry weasel instead. Even if he gets bored and chews on your ear and poops down your shirt collar, it's still a better choice than this.
