I've been using the Epson Artisan 1430 for about 5 years now as an artist and it was finally time for an upgrade. This printer was extremely frustrating out of the box. Wireless setup was fine. But I kept getting bands despite numerous alignments. Also color was totally off despite adjusting and troubleshooting. If I couldn't get it working the first day out of the box I expect that if I ever did get it aligned and the color corrected, that it would be a constant battle to keep it maintained in the future. I returned it right away.
