Horrible customer service from Pacific Cycles! We purchased 4 of these for our family and one of them had a sprocket failure. The chain now turns freely as the sprocket mount broke. We sent a warranty request to Pacific Cycles along with pictures and they responded by asking for model number and date code. Since then we have not heard back. We sent over 6 follow up requests that have gone unanswered. These bikes fail at the quality level and the after sale support with a company that will NOT stand behind their products. Their moto is "ignore the customer after our bikes fail and maybe they will go away".
