Stay far away, for 300 dollars you have paid for plastic parts and cheap craftsmanship, this is plastic crapper-ware
Stay far away....... this thing sucks. For something that is almost 300 dollars (compared to 50 and 100 dollar models) this is plastic made crapper ware. The power button is plastic with plastic clips that broke with my first time use. I am a head sous chef with over 35 years in the industry and you are essentially paying for the philips name and clever marketing. "Smokeless" grills have been around almost forever, and at a fraction of the cost.
