Loved my rower for the first month and used it everyday, but a weld on the foot pedal broke after a month. Since it’s not a piece that can be replaced, a whole new unit would need to be sent. Originally, the manufacturer wanted me to ship the entire unit back, which would have been a real pain and time consuming, considering that it’s 100lbs and would need a special pick up. Amazon stepped in and made it right for me since they have great customer service. Thanks Amazon! This manufacturer tried to ruin it for you, but you handled it in a true “customer service” kind of way.
