Garbage Garbage Garbage...I purchased this item on October 1, 2016 and it slowly began to warm after 3-4 weeks. It was completely broken within six weeks. It was a total waste of time and money (food $$$). I called Amazon on 11/22/2016, they were of little use. Referred me to the company MIDEA maker the freezer. I called for days trying to get a representative on the phone. After I called the number given for 2-3 days...same recording and every phone number I was given took me to the same useless recording. I finally sat pressing all the # on the menu one at a time until I finally spoke to a person. This is not a joke, she says "I handle toasters, you will have to call back and she gives me another number...same recording". I called her extension back and pleaded with her to help me. Midea said they would arrange to have a technician come out to assess it and repair or refund. I heard nothing from them. Another two weeks pass by and nothing. I called back and they make a decision in seconds to refund me. I had to send them invoice, cut power cord, peel off all stickers and mail everything to them; as well as argue for a full refund. 4/10/2017...refund check arrives...not a full refund!!!!!!! back to arguing with this worthless company. So, if you buy this after reading my review, you were warned. It will breakdown and when it does, you will be left frustrated and out of $$$. Don't do as I did and trust the good reviews for this item, because when it goes bad, MIDEA is not a good company.
