I installed my lock 4 days ago. In the 4 days it quit working 4 times. I reached out to support to troubleshoot, which was a complete nightmare. First they say they are open 9 am to 5 pm pst, that is a lie. They never answer the phone during this time and they don’t start responding to tickets until 5 pm CST. For all of the troubleshooting they have you do, they require you to take screenshots or video to prove you actually did it. Finally after several attempts they agree that the lock is bad and offer to send me the refurbished inner parts to replace my brand new lock. Why would I pay full price for a new lock to receive refurbished parts for something that was their issue. This was an all around horrible experience and the lock was crap. I will never purchase from them again nor recommend them to anyone. Do Not buy unless you enjoy being locked out of your house or spending hours troubleshooting issues.
