Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this a while back and did the basic setup. I recently tried to connect it with the rest of my "smart home" products, only to find out that there's a disclaimer below the "Works with Google" that says you have to pay a subscription fee to connect it to Google. Seriously?!?!?!?!?! I already paid ~$200 for the product, now I need to pay $10-12 a month for the life of the product to get advertised functionality? This is the only company I've ever seen charge subscriptions fees for basic connectivity with other smart home service. It's just ridiculous, and a horrible business practice. I wouldn't recommend they're smart devices to anyone.
