I’ll be honest, it feels a little cheap and flimsy but so far it’s done the job. It’s not bad for the price as it does do a good job on wood floors/kitchen floors, and low rugs. I have 3 other vaccums (2 heavy stand up, 1 robot) and I needed something light weight for the stairs and my car so I decided to pick this one up. It’s pretty quiet compared to most vaccums I’ve used so this is a plus. Not bad for what it is. Updated: I have an issue with the vaccum after less than 3 months of use and I am having the hardest time finding a way to contact customer service. The seller posted an email but when I emailed, it bounced back. Very frustrating to get the so-called warranty when you can’t even contact them!
