I order on 12/23. Paid for one day shipping. Received on 12/30. No real big deal due to the holiday but still. I went to plug the first cable in and notice that it would not go all the way in my phone. Took second out package and seen prong not in line with others. Picture of second cable, right out of shipping package. 1 star because I can align prong prior to use but not my job. Second working thanks to me. First cable, unable to reach prong.
