These are terrible! Very difficult to swallow. They get caught, and it seems no amount of water will help them go down. This must be a texture thing....but they are awful. More importantly, these are not really Vitamin C, they are Ascorbic acid, and that is listed nowhere in the description! I read through to make sure, because I did not want ascorbic acid. Pretty deceptive. I hate that I spent money on this terrible product!
